    • CLEANING TECHNOLOGY
      • High Pressure

Pressure is necessary when removing baked on, difficult soils. Many times, chemistry is not enough to clean these very dirty parts.

        Immersion

Immersion or dip cleaning is typically utilized in low production, batch processes. Agitation is generally employed with the chemistry.

        Spray

This process employs the use of a pump and piping that transfers chemical solutions from a tank to a set of risers inside of the wash cabinet.

        Ultrasonic

Ultrasonic cleaning utilizes sound waves to cavitate a wash solution which appears to create tiny bubbles within the wash solution.

  • SYSTEMS
    • Batch Systems

The most cost-efficient entry into the finishing market is with a batch system.

      Chain-on-Edge Systems

Chain-on-edge or spindle conveyor systems utilize a chain on the floor with posts.

      Small Parts Systems

Taking the small footprint required for infrared heating to the extreme.

      Flow-Thru Systems

Custom monorail systems designed to maximize speed and minimize time on line.

Test Lab

Engineering a Cleaning or Heating Solution

The first and most important step in engineering a new cleaning or heating solution for your process is product testing. Testing is done to determine the best cleaning methods, heating methods, profiles and heater arrangements along with many other variables.

Trimac Industrial Systems offers free product testing to assist you in your process development. Our lab facilities are equipped with a wide variety of parts washers, controlled heaters and flexible oven configurations spanning convection and both electric and catalytic gas infrared technologies, to accommodate almost every application. Simply send us your part samples, specifications, and desired results, and we will determine how Trimac Industrial Systems can best benefit you. All testing data is confidential. All testing data and samples can be returned for review, assuring you of proven results. We also welcome and encourage our customers to be present while testing. This demystifies the process, providing you with hands on experience and a better idea of how Trimac Industrial Systems can better serve you.

Quality Documentation of Test Oven

In the event that clients are unable to attend testing, we provide quality documentation of test oven set-up configurations and thermal charts demonstrating the thermal performance of each configuration tested, as well as any appropriate cure level testing (MEK rubs, etc.) as specified by your coatings manufacturer in the case of finishing applications.

We have full service labs at our facility in Bonner Springs, Kansas and an electric infrared test lab at Protherm in Brandon, MN.
