Belt Ovens

Industrial Belt Conveyor Ovens

Belt Conveyor Ovens generally utilize a woven chain belt or a Teflon belt to move parts through the oven. The belt can move through continuously or index and dwell, depending on the production volume to be processed and the amount of space available.

These industrial ovens provide increased throughput, enhanced safety, repeatable quality and built-in cooling time. These ovens are a perfect solution for processing small parts or high volumes of similar  parts.  Depending on your material handling needs, belt ovens are often an efficient and safe method of conveyance for heat processing.

Belt Ovens Are Used For Many Purposes

Our belt gas catalytic infrared ovens, electric infrared ovens and convection ovens are typically used in the following processes:

  • Annealing
  • Drying
  • Curing
  • Laminating
  • Ramp & Soak
  • Sintering
  • Thermal Processing

The Trimac Legacy

Trimac has experience designing and building industrial ovens since 1987. Originally offering gas catalytic ovens, in the transition of many manufacturing lines from liquid paint to powder coating, the company began manufacturing convection ovens in the late 1990’s. Acquiring the assets Process Thermal Dynamics in 2017, Trimac became the only industrial manufacturer of gas catalytic infrared, electric infrared, and convection ovens in North America.
