Infrared Systems for Industrial Use

Utilizing only Infrared Heating within a system for processing, infrared only systems can be very efficient in powder coating operations that allow for a small footprint and less opportunity for cross-contamination of powder coatings. The infrared heating process takes less time to dry water and cure powder than traditional convection heating, which reduces the amount of space required for a powder coating system and the amount of time the part is on the finishing line. The transfer of infrared light energy to the part without the use of heated convection air means that less air movement is happening in the cure oven, reducing the opportunity to blow off powder or contaminate the finish with dust and dirt inside of the oven.

The Trimac Legacy

Trimac has experience designing and building industrial systems since 1987. Originally offering gas catalytic ovens, in the transition of many manufacturing lines from liquid paint to powder coating, the company began manufacturing convection ovens in the late 1990’s. Acquiring the assets Process Thermal Dynamics in 2017, Trimac became the only industrial manufacturer of gas catalytic infrared, electric infrared, and convection ovens in North America. This heating technology paired with the cleaning technology of Kemac Power Spray Systems, founded in 1986, make Trimac Industrial Systems a fantastic solution to your industrial systems problems.
